Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GameLens you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use GameLens

You must be at least 13 years old to create a GameLens account, and GameLens is not directed to children under 13. Players under 13 can be on a team only as roster entries that a coach or parent adds; they don't get their own accounts. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use GameLens.

3. What GameLens does

GameLens lets coaches, parents, and players record, share, and analyze youth baseball games. We host video, scoring data, and team rosters you upload, and we serve them back to viewers you authorize.

3. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and let us know at support@gamelens.tv.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, photos, and scoring data you upload. By posting public content, you grant GameLens a non-exclusive license to store, transcode, and display it to viewers you allow. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload — including the consent of players, parents, and other people visible in the footage. If you add the name, photo, stats, or video of a child under 13, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian or have their parent or guardian's permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Don't harass other users. Don't use GameLens to publish anything that's illegal, deceptive, or harmful to minors. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

6. Youth privacy

GameLens is built around youth baseball, so by default content involving minors is visible only to team-affiliated users (coaches, parents, claimed players). Public posting requires explicit coach action. Parents can request removal of their child's photo / footage / stats at any time by contacting their coach or emailing support@gamelens.tv.

7. Termination

You can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. When an account is deleted, we remove personal information per the Privacy Policy retention schedule. Videos you uploaded to a team are part of that team's record and stay with the team.

8. Disclaimers

GameLens is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of scoring data. Stats are computed from a combination of coach-entered events and imports from third-party tools; treat them as approximations of the official scorebook.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
